The crab Rangoon was chewy with plain cream cheese inside, the sweet and sour sauce was watery, the sushi rice was mushy, sweet potatoe roll overcooked and mushy, spicy tuna roll had no crunch, racoon roll was mediocre at best, the soy sauce tasted like vinegar, chicken Hibachi had no flavor the rice was again mushy and the yum yum sauce was watery Japanese mayo. So disappointed in this place. Never again for me.

I absolutely love it here! The food is amazing, everyone is super friendly. It’s extremely cleanly and a family environment!!

We used to be regular customers, eating there probably 2-3 times a month. We won't be returning. The last 2 times in a row we have went, we have been given the wrong orders. We didn't even have a complicated or large order. A simple 2 dinners and some egg rolls. The first time we ended up with sushi, which we dont eat and missing egg rolls. The 2nd time my husband received a completely different meal than he ordered. Both times, in order to receive the right food, I had to bring back my order after returning home, just to receive what I actually ordered. And no mention of a refund. And not even an apology. By the time I got home, if any food was correct it was cold anyways. So not worth even ordering from anymore. Just another restraunt on my "stay away from" list.

I ordered filet mignon and shrimp with Japanese vegetables and what I thought was more than spaghetti noodles. But, that’s all I got. And, they gave me broccoli and the portion of filet mignon and shrimp literally was not even 4 ounces, together. There was, no joke, 6 pieces of steak in this box that were big enough for a three year-old and four shrimp and I was charged literally $37 for this plate, alone with an up-charge of three dollars from rice to what was literally tasteless bland spaghetti noodles. I ordered the shrimp mango roll and it is the smallest, most petite thing and a ridiculous waste of seven dollars. The sweet-and-sour chicken is supposed to be a large and it is a small size & is rubbery days old and the rice has no vegetables in it and no eggs and it’s not fried rice. It’s literally microwaved rice from a box. This is the most putrid Chinese slap fast food that I’ve eaten here in Ohio. Maybe they can pass this off to other people in Ohio but anybody who’s ever eaten at even a chain hibachi grill knows what hibachi is.. not cheap made Chinese food. I didn’t eat the shrimp rolls. I didn’t eat the sweet-and-sour chicken and I had to share the shrimp and filet mignon

The food was sO fRiGgIn GoOd!!!!! And I'm not exaggerating when I say that the service was so above and beyond any reasonable expectation - I was literally blown away! They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. We tried several dishes and every single one was a knockout. I 1,000% recommend this restaurant. I made a reservation just in case, but there were only a few other diners, which allowed us to be lavished with attention. Our server was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The Emperor roll was delectable, and the DragonBall was a very close second. This is definitely a hidden gem of a sushi place. I've uploaded some photos of our plates.
